Who you buy from

MyNoteKit is run by [legal name and address]. You can reach us at support@mynotekit.com.

What you buy

A study kit is a private web page made from the notes you send us. It contains your notes organised by subject, summaries, flashcards and a study plan, adjusted to the learning style you tell us.

An AI assistant helps structure your notes and write summaries and flashcards. A person reviews every kit before it is sent to you.

Price

A kit costs €10 and includes 1 subject. Each extra subject costs €5. [State whether prices include VAT, or that no VAT is charged under the small business rule]

You pay by card through Stripe when you order.

How an order works

Your order is binding when you complete payment. We then have a contract, and we send you a confirmation by email.

We deliver your kit within [X] working days after payment. We email you when it is ready, and you log in with your email address to see it.

Customers under 18

If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian to order. [Confirm this wording with a lawyer]

What you can send

Send only your own notes, handouts and photos of notes that you have the right to share. Do not send textbook pages or other material you don't have the right to share. Do not send other people's personal data unless it is needed for your studies.

We can refuse an order that breaks these rules, and we refund it in full.

Your kit

Your kit is for your own studying. You can keep using it for [how long the kit stays available]. Please do not share your login or resell the kit.

Accuracy

We build your kit from your notes and check it against them. If your notes contain an error, your kit can too. A kit is a study aid, and we can't promise a particular grade.

Faults

Your legal rights for faulty goods and services apply. If something in your kit is wrong, write to us and we will correct it. See the refund policy for refunds and your right to withdraw.

Liability

[Liability wording to be written by a lawyer]

Disputes
