Refunds

Before your kit is delivered, you get a full refund if you ask for one.

After delivery, you get a refund if your kit has a major error that we can't correct. Write to us first, so we can fix it.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. [X] days is the usual time for them to arrive.

Your right to withdraw

You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of placing it, without giving a reason.

Your right to withdraw ends when your kit is delivered, because you ask us at checkout to deliver it right away and confirm that you lose this right on delivery. [Have a lawyer confirm this applies to personalised kits, and whether partial refunds apply]

How to withdraw

Send a clear statement by email to support@mynotekit.com or by post to [legal name and address]. It is enough to send your message before the period ends. You can use the form below, and it is optional.
